(22 May 2017)  UK arena blast kills at least 19.   Police in the UK are treating an explosion at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester as an act of terror.  The explosion in the foyer of Manchester Arena, one of the largest indoor performance centers in Europe, took at least 19 lives and injured dozens more.  The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. local time, just as the arena lights were dimming for the concert.
